Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the LearnOMeter platform (app.learn-o-meter.com), the learn-o-meter.com website and our free tools (together, the "Services"), operated by Viswam InfoTech, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
- Schools register as institutions and are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
- Teacher and student accounts are created or authorised by the school. Students who are minors use the Services under the supervision and consent of their school and parent/guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
2. Subscriptions and free tools
- The core LearnOMeter platform is offered under plans described on our pricing page. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect an already-paid period.
- Free tools (such as EnglishEval, BusTracker, HomeworkHelper and TimeTable) are provided free of charge, as-is, and may evolve, be paused, or migrated between domains over time.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or content that is harmful to children.
- Do not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement with us.
4. Content and data
- Schools retain ownership of the data they and their users create (questions, tests, student records). You grant us the licence needed to host and process this data to provide the Services.
- The LearnOMeter software, design, branding and question content we supply remain the property of Viswam InfoTech.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated reports
Evaluation reports and insights are generated with the help of AI. They are decision-support tools for teachers and parents — not a substitute for professional educational judgment. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are free of errors, and schools should review reports before acting on them.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades or factors beyond our control (including hosting and network outages) may cause downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viswam InfoTech's total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amount paid by the school for the Services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Schools may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
